Others join a township tour for the day and are spoilt with an array of delicious traditional African cuisine and entertainment by local musicians and dancers.
Lillian recently had the pleasure of introducing Peter Greenberg to some of Mhani Gingi’s network members. He visited South Africa to participate in the 2011 World Economic Forum on Africa. He visited several community craft centers where the network women had their wares on display. The hand knitted teddy bear that he purchased now travels with him around the world.
